• falling over
• dangerous chemicals
• asbestos
• poorly designed work stations
• noise
• vibrating tools or driving frequently over rough terrain
• electricity
• poorly maintained machinery
• poorly maintained pressure systems
• vehicles - cause about 1000 serious injuries every year.
• fire and explosions
• radiation - both from machines and the sun
