Aged 14- 25 and need support with your eating?

To coincide with Men's Health Week, the UK's leading eating disorders charity, b-eat,  will be hosting an online ‘Male Recovery Club’ session on Wednesday 16th June between 6.30-8pm. to coincide with Men’s Health Week.

Targeted at men under 25, the online Male Recovery Club session will give you the opportunity to benefit from peer support and to discuss any concerns and experiences you may have relating to your eating and the recovery process.

Professional expertise and experience will be offered by Professor John Morgan who will be facilitating the Male Recovery Club session. Professor John Morgan runs a national eating disorder research team based at St. George’s University of London, and is also director of the Yorkshire Centre for Eating Disorders, the largest NHS facility in the North. He has also published over 60 research studies concerning eating disorders, and is also author of the first self help book for boys and men, ‘The Invisible Man’.

The session will be co-facilitated by Sam Thomas, a beat Young Ambassador and also Project Leader for Men Get Eating Disorders Too  a website offering advice and information to men affected by eating disorders. Sam will be there to share his experience of an eating disorder and recovery.
