Your Financial Health Check

Whatever the situation with your money, it’s good to know where you stand and that you are making the most of what you have.

Money Advice ServiceSo take a health check. This new online money planner from the Money Advice Service, is for everyone. We at malehealth are backing it because it's independent, quick and easy.

Who are the Money Advice Service?

An independent service set up by government and funded by a levy on the financial services industry. Because of this, the service is free and unbiased. The Money Advice Service won’t recommend a particular product or provider or try to sell you anything.

How long will it take?

It takes just 10 minutes to answer some straightforward questions and the health check will give you a personalised action plan which identifies the top three things you can do to make the most of your money right now, and to plan for future goals.

What's this got to do with health?

More of us worry about money than anything else - and not just those of us who haven't got enough of it. The stress is not good for our health. And nor are some of the decisions we make when we're struggling such as cutting down on fresh food, skipping the gym or not taking taking holidays.

For blokes, it's sometimes even harder to ask for help as we think we need to be the breadwinner in the family. The Money Advice Service health check can save you a lot of grief.

Can I talk to someone?

If you want to talk about a specific money question, you can telephone the Money Advice Service Helpline on 0300 500 5000 between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday or you can arrange for our call back service to ring you at a convenient time.
