Smoking is pretty unpopular these days. Only one person in five still does it and most of them want to give up.
According to a National Statistics survey from 2011, 63% of smokers (that's nearly two out of three) want to quit. If you're one of them, you probably don't need to be told that smoking damages your health and that of the people around you. But if you need a reminder, you've come to the right place.
Quitting is tough - but there are more and more resources around to help you.
