Men's Health Week this year - 14-20th June - is all about physical activity. Our goal this year is to get a million more active. If you're not taking as much exercise as you should why not become one of them?
Meanwhile, celebrities, bikers, footballers, rugby players, gardeners, cricketers and the odd doctor or two are lining up to back Men's Health Week 2010. What will you be doing?
