MEN'S HEALTH WEEK 2009:

Prize Survey

Girl using Wii

Win a Wii. Plus books and manuals and a man-friendly fruit juice. This year's men's health week is looking at choices and challenges. (Check out the Challenges and Choices using the right-hand menu.)

Wii Our short survey asks you about some of the choices you make and the challenges you face when it comes to health. It won't take long to complete and it will help us in our work to improve men's health.

It'll also give you the chance to win a Nintendo Wii.

  • There are dozens of runners-up prizes too of books - including the Choice and Challenges mini-manual by Dr Ian Banks and the User's Guide to the Male Body, the new book by malehealth editor Jim Pollard - and
  • 50 bottles of Sunraysia, the yummy tomato juice drink containing lycopene. (To mark Men’s Health Week, Sunraysia Pure Squeezed are donating 5p from each bottle sold to the Prostate Cancer Research Foundation.)

Sunraysia bottleThe top prize will go to the Best NEW men's health tip, that is to say a tip that we haven't heard before but which you reckon could be good for a man's health.

Book coverStop smoking. Don't drink too much. Eat more fruit and veg. We've heard all these a hundred times before. We're after something new. It could be based on experience, something you've learned that you don't think is widely known or just a flash of inspiration. What have you got?

Note: The image above is from Nintendo's image bank. We haven't got the Wii yet so it might not be exactly the model pictured. No complaints. Editor's decision in this and everything else is final. (The Andy Capp cartoon is from the cover of the Choices and Challenges mini-manual and reproduced with kind permission.)
