The Malehealth Exercise Programme
Here's a circuit training programme for all ages and levels of fitness specially designed by malehealth.co.uk's fitness adviser, former Olympic athlete Dr Mike Bull. It is designed to increase your stamina, strength and suppleness, the three key components of fitness. Over seven weeks, it builds up to an advanced muscular endurance work-out that takes just 35 minutes a day to complete.
The circuit is designed to be done at home with a minimum of equipment. It covers three levels of fitness - beginners, intermediate and advanced. If you're new to exercise, or not sure where to start, begin at the beginners' level and work your way up.
