'You talkin' to me?'

Travis Bickle sketchWe're all different and that's never clearer than when it comes to our mental health and emotional well-being. What makes you happy may drive Travis Bickle round the bend.

But there are a couple of things that we can say with certainty. One is that mental health problems can affect absolutely anyone and two is that it helps to talk about them to someone if you can find the right person. That's what Men's Health Week 2006 is all about.

We've got men from all walks of life and of a variety of ages just talking about their mental health and emotional well-being. If you'd like to do the same thing, drop us a line.
