Use your Wedge to help the MHF

WedgecardThe Wedge Card is the latest innovation from Big Issue founder John Bird. It aims to regenerate local communities and help charities at the same.

The card costs £20 a year - of which £10 goes to the charity of your choice like the Men's Health Forum - and gives you a range of discounts at independent local stores.

Initially launched in Central London, Wedge is spreading across the capital and out into other cities rapidly. John Bird says: 'You'll find a range of fantastic deals exclusive to Wedge Card holders in your local shops. Whether you are buying clothes, books, getting your hair cut or simply eating out, using a Wedge Card you'll be helping us and also helping local businesses to prosper. Wedge Cards cost just £20 and are valid for one year. Most card holders find that they recoup the initial cost in just a few purchases.'
