Men Only Mondays at Downham

Downham Health and Leisure Centre at 7-9 Moorside Road, Downham, Bromley, BR1 5EP  has introduced M.O.M: Men Only Mondays.

• Over 40's Men's Gym 6-9pm week 1 session £2.50, week 2 session free.
• Over 40's Men's Football 7-8pm week 1 session £2.50, week 2 session free.

These are fun taster sessions for men have started so go on, get involved and get fit.
 
Don't forget to also sign up for your Lewisham Plus (Leisure) Card.
You can apply for the Lewisham Plus Card if you are aged 16 or over,  live or study in the borough, or receive state benefits.
